Are you wondering why your dealership website is not generating enough leads?
What is your “Call-to-Action”?
Do you know what CTA is?
Wikipedia defines a call-to-action:
A call-to-action or CTA is a banner, button or some type of graphic or text on a website meant to prompt a user to click it and continue down a conversation funnel. It is an essential part of inbound marketing as well as permission marketing in that it actively strives to convert a user into a lead and later into a customer.
CTAs are critical for achieving any results online, because traffic, subscribers, and followers don’t do you any good until they become leads and eventually customers.
CTAs can be used in more places than your website. They should also be used in your social media, blogs, email blasts, ppc campaigns, and anywhere you publish or market online.
And of course your BDC department should use Call to Action when leaving a voice mail for the consumers that inquire on line. The importance is of CTA is not only on-line. When a lead hits your CRM, the BDC representative should call within 10 minutes. If they get the voice mail be sure they are leaving a Call to Action message so it prompts the lead to call back.
